The Objectives of “Féile na Samhna” are to have fun, to celebrate community and provide the opportnity for people to meet, talk, learn and to consider a range of positive solutions and ways to address the challenges we face today in relation to the economy, energy and the environment.

Energy, Economy, Growing Food and Social Connectivity
This one-day colourful family-friendly event offers an opportunity to sample a wide range of workshops in traditional hand crafts and skills, informative talks on sustainable living, facilitated discussion forums, fantastic low tech kids entertainment, a heritage exhibition compiled by local students and history re-enactment displays, a community café serving locally grown food, local artists, dancers, performers and musicians.
